This summer I was super excited to be invited to work with Ordnance Survey – graphic recording at a series of team meetings to record their team goals and achievements. I drew on A0 sized foam panels, creating more than 20 boards that are now displayed around the OS HQ in Southampton. We held 2 – 3 sessions each day and the process I found worked best was to listen to the introduction, make some sketches, check in with the presenters, and then get started with the drawing whilst the teams went into group work.
I listened again to the feedback from the groups, checked in with them that I had captured the key points and added them to the boards. It was great to see the teams popping down to see their finished boards and take photos.
